Meet Martina Jackson Green

Martina Jackson Green is a dynamic executive leader, educator, and speaker, Martina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication and a Master’s in Organizational Communication from Western Illinois University. In 2017, she earned an Accreditation in Public Relations, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of communications professionals worldwide. Throughout her career, she has led numerous training sessions, delivered impactful speeches, and developed strategies that have shaped her into a leader who walks boldly in her spiritual gifts.

Martina’s public presence grew significantly in 2020 when she assumed the role of virtual worship leader at Heritage Fellowship Church. This pivotal assignment, during a time of global loss and isolation, anchored her faith. In this role, Martina crafted deeply engaging messages that kept congregants spiritually connected despite the challenges of the pandemic. Her dedication to this mission drove her to study Scripture more intently and deliver meaningful worship experiences that resonated with people in need of hope and healing. 

A sought-after collaborator, Martina has shared her insights on several podcasts and is currently co-hosting The Other Prince William Podcast for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. The podcast highlights individuals and organizations making a positive impact in their communities.

Martina currently serves as Executive Director of The Human Services Alliance of Greater Prince William, a nonprofit coalition administering $10 million in federal grant funds to local organizations. As a passionate servant leader, Martina believes that true purpose is found in the difference you make in the lives of others. She is committed to living transparently, knowing that authenticity is essential to personal transformation and collective growth.
